E-Grant and Social Aid Prevent Double Submit

Jakarta Provincial Government is in progress of developing grant electronic system and social aid (e-Grant). Besides to record by electronic system, it purpose is also to prevent any double submit from one institution to several Regional Working Unit (SKPD).

Now, if one institution want to request to another SKPD, it will be locked

City Regional Financial Management (BPKD) Head, Heru Budi Hartono, said through e-Grant and Social Aid, his side can be more easily control its filling. Previously found one institution submitted grant to two SKPDs at once in one budget year.

"With this e-Grant and Social Aid, first we can control it more clearly. So it is easy if any same person, same administrator, same institution has twice for a year," he said at City Hall, Monday (2/27).

Council Supports E-Grant System

He added that through e-Grant and Social Aid, if there is any same institution or person submitted to two SKPDs, then it will be automatically locked. It is because each institution submitting grant or even social aid must fill the data such as ID number (NIK), institution name, address, and other identity data.

"Now, if one institution want to request to another SKPD, it will be locked. If the same name, ID number, and address were inputted twice then it will be locked automatically," he expressed.

According to him, previously the verification is still done by each SKPD, but manually. Several times were found one institution that submitted twice to two different SKPD.
